With a strong line-up of in-house rubber injection moulding machines to calandering & extrusion processes, not only the master card lies in the possession of efficient production line-up, but also availability of inhouse technology development of formulations of SILICON, VITON, FLOUROCARBON, POLYCHLOROPRENE, NITRILE, NEOPRENE, PBR, SBR & NR products with CNC & VMC facility for MOULDS development by CAD/CAM technological adaptability has enriched our company's credentials .
Our Quality
Our company has latest testing infrastructure of testing equipments like Oscillating Die Rheometer, Polymer extraction assembly, tensile & compression set apprataus, polymer identification facility etc, to ensure equal checks at all stages of production of ordered products.
Our quality system is as per ISO 9001:2008 norms and our testing instruments are periodically calibrated to achieve high end quality statement for our reputed customers.
Our Infrastructure
We are teamed up with high-tech compounding process of kneading to ensure homogeneous mixing of rubber compounds along with separate line of mixing mills, cold feed extruders, calendering machine, automatic buffing machines and hydraulic presses. The heat energy required is fed by hot air generators and boilers of German Technology. The automated packing & dispatch section is well equipped with bar coding facilities to keep a track of every fraction of supplied products and to ensure best quality to the customers.
